We have had two safety 1st 3-in-1 grow and go car seats where the harness has completely sawed off from the base of the seat; deeming it unsafe and unusable.it has happened on two instances of the same model and while the company has replaced these seats, they have not recalled the model.*dt
The carseat has become progressively more difficult to tighten the restraint system onto the child. When the issue first showed it was maybe once every couple months, but has since gotten progressively worse in the last four months to the point of restraints coming undone from the splitter plate. The company has put begun processing a warranty replacement however this issue has begun to occur with another car seat we have of the same make.
