The contact owns a safety 1st, 22-325 vin gb1b child restraint.the contact stated that her child leaned forward in the safety seat and the latches failed.the child fell from the seat and bruised his nose.
The contact owns a safety first child restrain, model number: 11711gb1a2ic/094, manufactured november 17, 2011. The contact stated that the car seat would not latch onto the base. The contact exchanged the child restraint but continued to have the same issue.the manufacture was not contacted.
The contact owns a safety 1st 22-311-wall child restraint.the model number was unavailable in the drop down menu at the time of this complaint.while walking and carrying her child seat in the lock position, the handle snapped back towards the rear.the failure caused the child to fall face forward onto the ground.the seven week old infant sustained red discoloration to her nose and face.the manufacturer has not yet been notified.
