I purchased six "sit 'n' stroll" model 4001 car seats from triple play products, llc (formerly safeline) on 3/9/06.one of the car seats did not have any labels such as date of manufacture or instructions for use on it.(the other five child restraints were manufactured in 1/2006 but i submitted the date of manufacture as 1999 as 2006 was not offered as an option).
