Kolcraft safety seat travel-about model.manufacturer's date not on css . Consumer has not received the parts.
Kolcraft model # 161-100, dom04-18-96; several times when the babyis in the carrier the carrying handle continues to unlatch .
Handle of the css failed to lock properly when using the seat to carry the child. On a few occasions the handleunlatched by itself, almost causing the child to fall. Model number cannot be located.
While carrying the child by the handle that is connected to the frame, the handle comes unlocked which almost caused the kolcraft model # mmn 161-101, dom 06/24/96; child to fall out of the seat. The mother is upset because she cannot carry the css by the handle since it unlatches.
