Kolcraft model 161; dom 10/30/97.the parts have not been received.
Handle slips out of a locked position on both sides, allowing the seat to rotate with the child inside.when seat was removed the child fell forward.
When handle is in the upright position, carrying only one sideit locks into place, while the other side slips backward or forward, causing the seat to be carried at an angle. Manufacturer has not been contacted.
