Child safety seat handle does not move and baby can fall out. Manufacturer notified.
While walking the stroller suddenlycollapsed, causing the baby to be folded inside folder.
Kolcraft model # 161101, dom 28-jun-96; carrying handle would slip when seat being carried. The locking mechanismwas loose. Would make a loud snapping noise like it's breaking. Would have to catch hold of seat just in case handle becomes detached.
Kolcraft model # 160-111;while carrying the seat by the carrying handle, the handle released and the seat almost flipped over. The baby was not injured. The manufacturer has not been contacted about the seat. Date not available.
