The trailer is very unstable i.e., sways or "fishtails" when passed by trucks and cars and during mild crosswinds and when manuvering in traffic. The trailer hitch weight becomes dangerously lighter when the trailer is loaded, than when it is empty. No matter how it is loaded , all of the weight goes to the rear.
