The contact owns a kidsembrace forward facing car seat, model number: 3001min, manufactured date:june 18, 2020. The contact stated that the car seat buckle would not latch. Additionally, when the latch was placed into the buckle the latch failed to fasten securely. The failure occurred while attempting to place the car seat inside the vehicle. The baby was not injured. The purchase date was unknown.
My 3 year oldcan unbuckle himself 100% i was driving and turned around to find him stooped in the floor board. As i pull over, my child says, look mom, i unbuckled myself. So i asked him to show me and i have a clear video of him doing it plain as day. I was livid and and in shock. My son absolutely loved his carseat, now i have the job of explaining to him why we have to return it. This carseat is not safe!! if my 3 year old can do it, i'm sure there are others. We are very disappointed as having a car accident could've killed him. You need to recall now!! next time, try placing a child in it 1st before you sell it to the public. *dt
