Dt: jupiter industriesbooster model #2050, dom 01/01/2003. The consumer stated that the sea tbelt adjustment clip on jupiter industries booster seatbroke. The adjustnent clip adjusted the seat belt so that it wouldnot hurt the child's neck. The consumercontacted jupiter, and they were not helpful. The warranty expired on the seat. The head restbroke because it was made of styrofoam.
