The contact owns a graco triogrow snug & lock car seat, model number: 2087507, manufactured date: july 4, 2019. The contact stated that while driving, her 10-month-old grandchild climbed out of the harness without disconnecting the buckle. The manufacturer was called on three separate occasions. On the first occasion, the contact's daughter spoke with a representative who offered no assistance. The second time, the contact spoke with a supervisor who informed her that he would send her daughter an email where she could pick out a new car seat and have the car seat delivered. A week after picking out a new car seat, the car seat was not received. The contact called back a third time and was unable to reach the manager she previously spoken to. There was no assistance provided. The car seat was not replaced.
