Center strap anchor has a large latch that can pinch the leg or groin of an infant or toddler. This latch when compressing to latch has plastic flat surfaces that squeeze the groin or leg skin like a vise when latching. Blisters and skin tearing and bleeding have occurred. Reached out to graco cust service. Non life threatening but causes superficial cuts and pain. Series "transitions" model 1991909 . Mfg 09/19/2017*dt
