The chest strap gets stuck and i can't get it unhooked without fiddling with it several times.my kids have never eaten the seat and the buckle is clean but still sticks when opening.

The contact owns a graco snugride 32 child seat, model number 1756125, and manufactured may 7, 2010. The contact stated that pieces of the foam padding were detaching from the seat and being consumed by the child. The child began choking on the pieces, which the contact was able to clear from the child's throat. The manufacturer was contacted about the issue. The child seat was not replaced.
