My 10-month-old granddaughter can move her shoulders so she can get out of the upper safety harness on her carseat, no matter how tightly it is put on.my daughter has the same model carseat and she does the same thing with hers.she notified the manufacturer and they said they would send some harness ties,(they have not yet) but what about all the children that have this seat and can get out?graco my size 70 carseat. 845659.

I bought the graco my size70 in january. Rarely used the seat never washed it. I took the cover off and the seat to wash and the styrofoampadding for the head rest was cracked and broken. I called graco, they sent me a replacement seat in april. By june the replacement had done the exact same thing. Called again and a refund will be issued. This, to me is a safety concern. The padding is what keeps our children safe in event of accident. If it keeps falling off and or cracking,it will not do its job to prevent brain injury.since it happened to not one but both seats i had in less than 6 months of use, i thought you should look into it.
