We own a graco carseat, model #8c04frr2 (comfort sport)we brought it to be professionally installed at our local police dept. And they had adifficult time installing it and said it could not be installed safely. Also, the staps would not adjust to fit my child safely. I looked up the model on the recall list and i see that this model is recalled for having a body pillow that should be removed. We have this child safety seat registered and have not received any information on the recall. I am very disappointed in the company's lack of commitment to inform me of this recall and i also am appalled that this seat is unsafe for my child. I have already purchased a safer seat for my child and i would like my money back that was wasted on this unsafe seat. I would also like to inform graco of their irresponsibility for neglecting to inform me of this recall.
