Dt*:the contact stated while installing a newly purchased child safety seat, it was determined there were stress fracture marks on the child safety seat base. This child saftety had never been used.the manufacturer was alerted.the child safety seat was a graco snug ride, model #8465 grd2, date of manufacture february 14, 2006.
Cpsc: i am reporting the graco car seat companies chest clip on all of their car seats since it is the same on every one the manufacture. My two year old son can unbuckle himself and climb out of his car seat while i am driving, which makes it not a safety seat.updated 08/18/2017
