Dt: graco model # a8458fkb, dom 08/21/2001.the consumer complained abouta child safety seat problem onmay 30, 2005. The handle did not stay in a locked position, it tilted. There were two burgundy buttons that whenpushed to lower the handle,and thenpushed the handle back up, it feltlike it was not locking in place properly.
