The contact owns a 2006 graco child seat, model number 7308del4 (na).the seat was manufactured on october 13, 2006.while transporting the child from the residence to the vehicle, the handle of the child seat loosened when the contact grasped firmly.immediately, the handle was not attaching securely to the child seat.the handle did not fail; however, the slipping of the handle could have caused the child to fall out of the seat.the child seat was replaced.the contact is in the process of notifying the manufacturer.the purchase date was unknown.
