Gerry model # 626; while carrying the seat by the carrying handle, the handle snapped of at each side of the car seat, causing the car seat to fall to the ground. The baby was strapped in the car seat and was not injured. Manufacturer will be contacted about the seat.
Gerry model625/626 secure ride, dom0/09/97; while carrying the css by by the handle, the css flipped over which almost caused the baby to fall out and may have resulted in injuries. Please provide further information.
Gerry model # 625/626, dom 11/03/97; while carrying the seat by the handle, the handle released and the seat flipped forward,causing baby's forehead to hit the floor. Parent tried to report incident to manufacturer, but line remains busy.
Gerry model # 621; dom 01/01/95; carrying handle failed to lock in place while 2-month old baby was in the css. Handle unlatched and caused the baby to fall. Manufacturer was not notified at this time. *ml
When carrying the car seat by the handle it slips out of locked position, and allows the baby to be turned upside down in the seat.
