Fisher price model 79052, domaug 17 2000; rear facing seat has a mirror attached to base which is not even glued in, and can be easily be broken/ removed or even in a event of accidentcan fall off, causing injuires.
Fisher price model #79053, dom 11/29/00- cracked base- 1" crack left half of base.top of belt path, 2" crack right side of base, side of belt path.returned to fisher price for full refund.no crashes or accidents of any kind. Stress marks along belt path on right front side as well. Note about this form... Fisher price (model # 79750 1997) adjustable shoulder belt positioner does not stay in position when child seat has been in hot car.the plastic gets too hot and does not lock in place.
The seat belts on my 1991 mazda mpv are simply falling apart. The fuel vapor separator does an inadequate job of keeping gasoline fumes out of the vehicle. There have been recalls on both of these items. When i took it in to the local dealer they only performed an inspection. Both issues remain unresolved. Besides not ever buying another mazda ever. I would like to see these safety issues resolved.

The contact owns a fisher price safe voyage deluxe child seat, model number, ef20b1a.the contact stated that her daughter was able to insert her fingers in between the fabric seat cover and the seat.the child was also able to pull padding from the backside of the fabric seat cover.the contact stated that her daughter ate some of the padding and choked.the manufacturer offered to replace the seat cover.the contact felt that would not correct the failure because it was the exact same seat cover.as of october 24, 2007, the contact had not received the new seat cover.
Fisher price model # 79725, dom 06-07-1998; the rubber no skid pads which are a size of a dime came off, cause unknown, parent is concerned that this could cause child to choke.
