I have an evenflo right fit car seat (model #245119 / mfg on 10/30/2001) and the shoulder belt adjuster assembly is cracking.we have not been in an accident - there has been no abnormal use of the seat or out of the ordinary tugging/pulling on the belt.the only reason i noticed the problem was to pack the seat for checking luggage at the airport last week.i have ordered a replacement part and i am using another booster seat until the part arrives.what i am concerned about is other customers having the same problem and being unaware of it - it seems to me to be a safety issue.just thought you might like to look into this.thank you, angie roberts1238 cimarron cir.
