The contact owns an evenflo safety seat, model number: 02t-01803915. The seat model and manufactured date were unknown. The safety seat was being utilized in a 2006 pontiac g6. While the contact was outside of the vehicle in a parking lot, the stroller portion of the child seat buckled and collapsed. The infant was not injured. The stroller was able to be pulled back up from the collapsed position to an upright position, and was currently being used again by the contact. The contact stated that the stroller collapsed more than once. The manufacturer was not notified. *dt *dt photos attached
