Correct model --- #34611106we purchased a new evenflo symphony 65 e3 (model #34611106) convertible carseat on 5/29/11.we got it home and took it out of the box.while adjusting the recline position (front to back motion), the seat 'slipped' off the tracks and started moving right to left.the seat is now crooked when you look at it.it is stuck in a tilted position and will not go back to where it should be.little force, only what would be needed to adjust the recline, was used to move the seat when this happened.i called evenflo and they said the seat should not be doing this.they offered to send a replacement and have me send the old seat to them.i said i did not want a replacement at this time and would select a different model.they advised me to return the seat to where i bought it and tell the retailer about the problem so that evenflo could address it.
