Make and model:evenflo symphony 65, reversible car seat, 25800837 (06/2008) (not one of the choices in model selection)1. I have been using the car seat since end of may/ beginning of june 2011. 2.today, 8/21/2011, the screw holding down the fastening strap popped out of the screw hole. The seat still works, but fastening has become much harder, making sure the strap is tight enough, placing the fastening mechanism back into place. This could be a hazard due to the screw being exposed. Child could perhaps pull it out and or injure his/her feet.3. I have just reported this to evenflo, so can't report on this.
