Evenflo inc. Model # 5351844acarrying handle failure. One side of the handles lock system failed and snapped backwards almost resulting in me dropping my infant. The second incident happened with a friend of mine with the same child restraint system. The weight requirements are from 5-22 lbs. At 19 lbs. While picking up the carrier there was another handle failure where the handle snapped in half at the right side of the z shape. I find this child safety seat to be unsafe and believe it could result in many injuries if not resolved. Thank you.
