I purchase an evenflo travel system back in october. We had to drive over an hour away to pick it up. Well when we got back home, we discovered that the stroller basket was ripped. I called evenflo, they said that they would send out a new stroller basket. When they did, it was the wrong color. Called them back up and told them that, they said that they could not guarantee the color. In return after arguing with them, they sent me a brand new stroller. Said that i had to cut up the previous one and send pieces back to them. Well we did that. Back in february, i got a recall notice in the mail. Called them and ordered the replacement part. About a week later, the foam on the stroller handle ripped off (was only used one time prior to that) and the canopy holder broke. Called them, they said that there was nothing they could do about the stroller because they did not check in the pieces from the first one so they are saying that we never mailed them back, and to fix the canopy they would send a new holder. Well they did, but again, not the right thing. The canopy will not even stay up to protect my son from the wind, sun, and other weather elements. Called them back and told them that it was the wrong thing, they said that they would send a new one out, but never did. I know have a complaint going on with the bbb. Evenflo is fighting it hard, they don't think that there is anything wrong with what they are doing. When i called to order the strap for the recall, i asked them how difficult this would be? they said that it is just an extra step to take. I said that i shouldn't have to take this step, their product should be safe. The lady told me "well then don't use it"!! i am fed up with this company. Do not buy any products from them. They are cheap and will rip you off.
