Purchased an evenflo carseat it says evenflo on the child's arm rest.mfg in 11 feb 04(2004)model # 3271349plmodel triumphthe seats used mechanical attachments to hold down the cloth cover.on ours the foam liner came loose and broke off in small pieces.so for the child's safety, i carefully sewed and patched the seat with a large brand new piece of blue jean demin material over the broken foam.i think it was made (rather mfg) in indiana. The evenflo buckles were difficult to open, so had to call someone to help me unlatch the harness buckle.i carried a small scissors in inside pocket of my door just in case i ever had to cut those ____ buckles! this carseat falls in between the prod. Dates of sept. 6, 2001 to october 31, 2005& nhtsa no.:07c008000. Thanks for the recalls and making products better. Our children and grandchildren are our most precious cargo.please send new foam cloth liner and buckles that will unlatch for this evenflo carseat.we always strapped the kids in their seats before starting the car engine--for their safety.we believe that seatbelts save lives. Today, with so many cars on the highway on these fast moving interstates, in an emergency (got to get the kids out fast.)as i have a daughter that has worked the i70 highway accidents.

The contact owns an evenflo vision child seat, model number: 329-21122 (n/a), manufactured april 14, 2011. The contact stated that when the child seat harness buckle was adjusted to accommodate the child when wearing a coat, it caused the chest clip to rise and sit on the child's neck.the manufacture was made aware of the failure. The child seat was not replaced.updated 01/30/13*lj

The contact owns an evenflo child restraint seat, model number: 32911254 (n/a), manufactured february 7, 2012. The child seat was being used in a 2008 chevrolet impala. The contact stated that while driving, the child was able to maneuver out of the child seat. The contact later noticed that the harness straps on the child seat were still secured and had not been unlatched. The manufacturer was not contacted.
