The contact owns a evenflo, model # 3021826, produced in 02/03/2009.the spring for the tether straps has fractured. As a consequence she can no longer adjust the tethers. She attempting to contact the manufacturer, and was awaiting a response. The seat has not been used. She still has possession of the seat.
