On several occasions, my evenflo infant carseat has become 'stuck' to its base.we have installed both pieces properly and this has happened in other people's cars too when we've had to move the carseat.vigorous shaking and the like (without the baby in it) has dislodged it.
Clamps that hold the straps to secure baby into car seat are worn down.*mr

Child safety seat is difficult to be removed from the base. Consumer has contactedmanufacturer.
Consumer called complaining baout having problems with a car seat.replacement was not ever send to the consumer is been over 6 weeks.
Evenflo cozy carry infant carrier has a defective harness.*mr the plastic adjuster box that secures the harness to the carrier breaks.it causes the harness to suddenly become loose and makes the baby unstable while transporting the baby.
Dt:the consumer stated the left adjuster box on the harness has cracked.there is nothing preventing the adjuster box from coming loose from the back of the seat.the manufacturer said there was no recall on the car seat.they would sell the consumer an entire harness.
According to manufacturer's instructions, consumer placed his knee on child restraint to properly tighten the vehicle's safety belt throught the belt path.the css belt path positioner clip broke off.css info:evenflo/cozy carrier***please provide complete child seat info***i.e. Model no.
