Consumer's childcan easily get out ofchild seat.plastic clocking clip is not that resists for young children.consumer called manufacturer, and found out thatnewer models have been changed to a strongerdesign. Consusmer please added the model#and manufacturer's date.
We have the evenflo medellian convertible car seat for our toddler.we have had nothing but problems with the seat - our daughter constantaly gets sick in the car seat - at first we thought it was the car and the position of the carseat.we have had the carseat in three different cars and now i know it's the carseat.i think how the car seat was manufactured with the structure of the car seat.
Evenflo model# 251, dom23 -jun-1998: 21/2 year old child is able to moveretainer clip, and remove his arms fromharness. Manufacturer notified, and unable to assist onthis problem.feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
Child 18 monts old can undoharness tie, and arms are released. Legs still locked into place. Manufacturer contacted, but no solution given.
