While traveling on the highway without prior warning.the safety latch became detached from the safety seat.please fill in additional information. Ts
The contact owns an evenflo symphony child seat,model number 3451881, manufactured may 10, 2010.the child seat was retrained in a 2006 honda odyssey. The contact stated that the harness straps would not remain secured around the child. As a result, the child was able to maneuver out of the seat. The contact called the manufacturer and was advised to send in the defective seat for a replacement.
