Several times my sons seat belt that holds his car seat came unbuckled. The last time i had to stop suddenly and his car seat came forward. By the grace of god, he was not hurt.
-the contact stated that while turning the vehicle the base of the evenflo joyride safety seat and the baby went side ways. She stopped to check if the seat belt and strap were securely inplace, but both had slipped offthe base of the car seat.
The child flipped forward out of carrier/infant car seat and was injured. The carrier was on recall, and the consumer stated that the manufacturer should be liable for the baby's injury. The recall # 01e-019.
While carrying seat handle released, child was thrown out and was injured. Please add model number and date of manufacturing.
Evenflo model #205, dom 06 jan 97: reporting sudden and unexpected unlatching of the carrying handle.child almost received injuries from falling out ofseat on three occasions.manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that handle was out of its warranty, and that nothing else could be done.

The contact stated that the harness buckle was difficult to unlatch until after numerous attempts. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The child seat had to been replaced. Js
