The contact owns a dorel juvenile group child safety seat, model # 22-627-snw eddie bauer which was manufactured on may 14, 2009. The contact stated that she had to constantly tighten the screws on the handle. She called the manufacturer several months ago and was told that they would mail her a repair kit. She has not received the kit.nhtsa recall campaign id number: 09c010000, child seat:handle (infant) was related to the failure.
