The contact owns a dorel juvenile group child restraint, model 22300-thd, manufactured july 30, 2009. The contact stated that the harness shoulder straps would loosen while her child was occupying and moving around in the seat. In addition, the sun visor on the seat would repeatedly fall into the childs face because there were no straps to keep the visor in place. The failure would occur daily. The manufacturer was not notified.
