The contact owns a 2009 dorel 22-300 fzn cosco infant seat.the contact stated that while she was driving the strap that shouldremain latched onto the safety seat disconnected from the back of the car seat. The safety seat was secured by the seat belt. She said if the vehicle was involved a crash her child would be thrown from the safety seat. Cosco was not notified.
