Dorel juvenile group - safety 1st infant car seat.the safety harness is defective as it does not stay tight. It becomes loose each time my child is in the car seat. When my child is in it and moves forward or turns, the whole harness comes out from its rear adjustable buckle.

The contact stated that she called dorel and they sent her screws instead of the kit per the recall. The contact stated that the handle on the child safety seat was broken. The infant fell out of the safety seat and wasbruised. She reference recall nhtsa campaign id number: 09c010000,child seat:handle (infant). The manufacturer was not notified.
