The contact owns a dorel onboard child restraint seat, model number: 35 ic086-aro, manufactured on july 20, 2012. The contact stated that the harness strap was installed backward and could be twisted. The contact stated that the owner's manual did not state that the harness strap could become twisted. The contact notified the manufacturer and was advised that the twisting of the strap was a common occurrence. The child seat was not replaced.updated 11/29/12*lj
This seat was purchased the summer of 2011. The straps become loose with no warning. One side will be super tight and one side will be loose. Recently the carrying handle became locked in the down position and will not come up.
