Got diono radian rxt back in spring of 2018. The straps come loose easily from 3 year old pushing on them. Have tried contacting company for a week on email, facebook and phone. I don't hear back anything from them to remedy this,.
Cpsc: we are owners of two (2) diono radian rxt carseats that we have installed in our 2017 chryslerpacifica. The car seats appear to be incompatible with our vehicle-- the seats come loose easily,move around back to front and side to side significantly in the seat. *dt
We own a sunshine kids juvenile products (now diono) radian xtsl car seat. This winter, the camlock for adjusting the strap length/tightness became intermittently stuck in the "up"position, which is unsafe. After not driving the car for a few months, due to personal reasons, the problem persists. I have contacted diono a couple of times. The first time they claimed they did not received my photos. I have now contacted them again with the sn and photos of the problem.*dt
Britax b-safe 35 elite seat attached to base has too much wiggle away from base. When attached one can lift the seat off the base as much as 2". When attached and going down road it makes such a loud noise from the seat coming off base at one side then back down. It is unsafe, will not pass hospital inspection, and after calling manufacturer they said it was "normal." have not yet offered any remedy or resolve to the situation.

The harness straps have started to loosen on their own while the vehicle is moving.

The contact owns a 2004 toyota sequoia equipped with a diono radian rxt safety seat, model number: us16000. The seat was manufactured in may of 2016. While buckled into the safety seat, a toddler was able to pull the foam out of the headrest and shred the foam all over the inside of the vehicle. The manufacturer was called, but the contact did not receive a return phone call. The seat was not replaced. *dt
