Note: this applies to the cybex aton2 carrier (not the solution x-fix booster, but that is the only cybex seat mentioned in the drop down menu on the next page). On the cybex aton2 carrier the "level to ground" line (to be used when installing the carrier without the base) on the spanish side is 19 degrees more upright than the line on the english side.following the spanish side's line could put a newborn more upright than they could tolerate for breathing and cause airway obstruction.please note this does not apply to the aton as the aton 2 has different label stickers on the sides.
Seat: cybex aton infant car seat (note - on the next part of the form it indicates it is a cybex solution x-fix as this was the only cybex seat that was an option that could be selected). Model number: 12-4000020 manufactured 10/2012 recline foot on the cybex aton base was stuck in the farthest recessed position and could not be lowered (it is supposed to have 4 positions). The lower anchor connectors are stored in the base in such a way that the recline foot must be lowered all the way in order to remove the connectors from their storage location. As such, latch could not be used with the base as the connectors could not be removed from their storage location (since the recline foot would not extend downwards).

The top canopy of the cybex aton snapped on one side, exposing 2 bolts.
Please note: this complaint is about the cybex aton infant car seat and not the solution x-fix.when snapping it into the base, the owner pushed the handle down to push it the seat into place and the whole left side snapped down. The left handle anchor is now cracked. We put it back in place but its not staying and the handle rolls back and forth on one side now.
