The carseat straps come completely out of the holes for no reason. I went to put my daughter in her seat and realized the strap was not in the slot. I hadn't adjusted the straps for over 2 months and did nothing different that would have made them come loose and completely come out of the hole. If she had already been in her seat and in the car and that strap came loose she would not have been restrained!!!! i am lucky that this happened while i was putting her in the seat and not while she was in the car!!!!!
My daughter's cosco infant car seat has a harness default . Numerous times we have found the straps release themselves and come back through the whole . The harness is not serving its purpose of protecting my infant .
The contact owns a cosco tr141abz. The contact stated that the handle to the infant seat was loose and would not provide security while carrying the seat. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The seat was not replaced.

The contact owns a cosco child safety seat, model number tr141abz, manufacturer july 2, 2010. The contact stated that the child seat became un-latched from the stroller and as a result, the harness became undone which caused the child seat to flip over and the baby to fall from the seat and hit the ground. The baby sustained a contusion and scratches to the head. Updated 07/08/11the consumer stated the manufacturer reimbursed her and the car seat was returned them. Updated 11/16/11
