Dt*: the contact stated the plastic piece used to adjust and secure the harness strap detached from the strap and could not be found.when the manufacturer was contacted for a replacement piece, the contact was informed there were no replacements parts available.the child safety seat will not safely secure the child without this part.the child safety seat is a2001, cosco,model # 02602-ybp rear racing infant seat.
