A recall was placed on my combi carseat in february, 2008.i placed an order for the necessary corrective piece the first week of march, 2008.the combi int'l website said i would receive the piece in 6-8 weeks.as of 6/11/08, i have not received the part.i called them today and the said i should receive it within 5 days.given that this is a safety item for my newborn baby, i feel waiting 3 months to obtain a safety piece is excessive.they should have provided me with the part in the 6-8 weeks as promised.
