I received notice from combi internation concerning a recall on their car seats. I checked the manufacturing date on my car seat and it was manufactured during the recall dates. Therefore, i visited combi's website and reregistered for a recall kit for my car seat. It has now been over the 6 to 8 week waiting period and i have not received my kit. I have tried to contact them by phone and can not reach anyone. I just remain on hold. I am concerned about the safety of my baby and would like refund or a kit to correct this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
