The harness adjuster broke on my combination car seat. This happened when i went to adjust the harness to get the best fit for my child. She grew so i needed the straps to fall at or above her shoulders. I called the manufacturer and they made me find my proof of purchase before they would help me. It's been an extremely frustrating experience.

The contact owns a chicco infant car seat, model name: myfit, model number: 05079645320070, manufacture date: 04/28/2020. The contact stated that there was foam coming from the head rest of the car seat. The contact notified the manufacturer of the failure and was informed to discharge the car seat. The seat was not replaced nor repaired.
