I have a booster seat that the seat belt would not stay in the safety strap and the foam of the car seat was broken upon inspection. I reached out to chicco and was given quite a bit of run around before a replacement was offered. At no point did they seem to be interested in conducting a recall and even attempted at first to offer to "repair" the car seat. The replacement i received clearly had design changes that approached the problems but i still see the old design on the shelf of stores. *dtconsumer stated when car seat was placed in nissan altima (2013) he had a problem but not his other carhonda civic.
