Century model 4595vbf, dom date 05/16/94;while driving and made an emergency stop but no accident, the css broke out of the css base,and css fell out.the snap that holds the css in the base broke, and also cracked the base. Please provide further inforation.

Centurymodel # t4595;when carrying the child seat the handle became detached from the car seat, causing injuries to the child. Please provide further details.

Century model# 4595-fzf, while the child was carried and fully restrained in the child seat,the handle broke, causing the seat to fall to the ground.the child did not fall out of the seat, but the child sustained a small bump on the back of the head.the child was taken to the doctor, who found no significant damage to the head.

Consumer was carryingchildinto the store when the handle broke off from both ends of the car seat. Manufacturer contacted, and informed consumer that another car seat would be sent.

Received new carrying handle in mail .old handle cannot be easily removed to replace it with the new handle.screws have become stripped, and will not come out.

Centurymodel # 4595 kef, dom12-13-94; while carrying seat byhandle it cracked in the middle. Child was not injured.

When the consumer went to lift the car seat the handlebroke, almost causingchild to fall about 4 feet to floor while in the car seat. Child was not injured, and child seat wa snot usuable.

Centurymodel 4595gff, dom 9/14/95;when carrying child seat handle unlocked, causing the seat to flip forward, child was not injured in the event. Consumer has yet to contact the manufacturer.
