Century model # 457zzf, dom 29-dec-1995. Had been checking off & on& had noticed css was on recall. Contacted manufacturer in april for part. Called back in may & informed part was being sent. Received new latch which did not work & contacted manufacturer again. Another part was being sent in may. Did not receive it in june. Had called again in august informed another on its way. Still waiting.
Century model # 4575, dom 10/05/95; while carrying the css by the handle, the handle broke in half nearly, causing the child to fall from the seat. Please give any further details.
