Consumer states that child bit on the harness clip, a piece of the clip broke off and the child almost choked.
Century, dom 06-26-96; consumer complained that chest clip broke, and manufacturer unable to sent out a replacement part until ten or more days which leaves css useless and inadequate to use. Can nhtsa do something concerning this matter of part replacement in a timely manner.
Century model 4525 lif, dom 07-11-96, 10 month old child is able to wiggle his way completely out of infant seat which could cause injuries.
