Poor fitment with older child in booster seat. Britax saying they would send a clip for between the legs now saying its not an issue and refusing to send out the clips to clients who own the seats. They have made changes to the armrests since this issue was aired however they do not seem to want to look after the clients with older model seats (including those us seats sold to new zealand). They sent clips to some clients and are now refusing all new clients.
