Cpsc: i1370351a. Evenflo big kid lx. Consumer stated after trying to use the seat several times, the seat belt slid out of the seat belt guide. *lnthe consumer stated her daughter didn't do anything out of the ordinary, just regular use seemed to make the seat belt slide right out of the insertion slit on the guide. The belt ended up crossing her daughters head instead of where it should cross her chest/shoulder and then bent around the top of the seat. The consumer stated her daughter can then, and has once already easily slip under the belt with regular movements,the consumer believed the reason the belt slipped out, was because the slit was on the front of the seat, instead of the back where it used to be on booster seats.
