Cpsc: i1270465a. Baby trend flexloc car seat. Consumer stated that there is a safety issue with the safety harness. *lnthe consumer stated safety harness was routed along with the machining of the slots that it was threaded in a way, that posed a safety risk of uneven tension across a baby's body. After buckling the baby in the car seat, the consumer pulled the strap at the bottom to tighten up the harness and due to poor quality or design, only one side would tighten. The consumer stated in order to successfully strap the baby in the car seat, it would take 20 minutes every time to adjust the harness. The strap was an all in one unit that laced through machined slits in the plastic and ultimately ended up in the back where both ends connected to an e-clip. Model# cs31715
